For the prospect 1 star. 4 star deduction because the food was unfortunately very disappointing. Käsespätzle very watery and absolutely not like "original" ones. With the currywurst, the fries were way too sloppy and the tarte flambée was burnt. Service not really attentive.

The service was very friendly, but we waited more than 45 minutes for the food for the second time and it didn't taste particularly good.

Great location with a view of the Inn, extensive menu (vegan, vegetarian, international), fair prices. I can partially understand the negative reviews, the service was ok, could have been friendlier. The restaurant was completely empty at 8:30 p.m. on a Friday night. Even so, the dinner was delicious.

One star deduction for the service. The waitress was distant and didn't respond to my request. I had a question and asked her twice to ask the chef something. When asked whether she had asked, she did not respond. She wasn't interested in the question and in the next moment she was somewhere else. We had been there for lunch and chose the pasta with duck breast for the dish of the day (€ 7.90). The food came quickly and we liked it. The penultimate time the service was much better in the evening and had a smile on my face!

Pleasant service. Good creativity in the food. Very good taste. The only deduction is for the table we had. Light pull on the back and a cake showcase that makes a noise. All in all good to recommend!

Not to be recommended at all. Expensive prices and you won't even get full. Really a joke. Never been this bad food. Would like to give 0 stars, but unfortunately that is not possible. Had the cheese spaetzle. You can't normally go wrong with that, but these were really bland. In addition, far too little cheese in the Mac and Cheese.

Was back at the Innsteg for a long time today and was very satisfied. I also rate the vegetarian and vegan options on the menu positively. This makes eating much easier for families and groups when vegetarians or vegans are involved. Even though I eat meat, I had the vegan burger and it was a blast. The dressing on the salad wasn't really mine, but the salad was fresh and with different salads and vegetables. The service still seemed a bit unsafe (change of ownership recently), but was very nice and courteous. Price matched the offer for me. I can only say see you next time!

Definitely worth a (several 😅) visit. Not just because of the location, right on the Inn. Very varied menu. Particularly pleasing: also vegan dishes! 👍 For the thirst: homemade lemonade. Prices absolutely reasonable

Great food but you get a lot of ketchup with me, almost everything was still there after a portion of french fries but all in all very good food and friendly staff :) gladly against!

Unfortunately, although we were there for breakfast at 9:30 a.m., we still didn't get breakfast at 10:10 a.m. The service was very unfriendly. Although we have been a customer for many years, we will no longer have breakfast there.

Before our trip to the Attersee we had planned to have breakfast in the Innsteg (with reservation). Unfortunately the only thing we got from our order was the drinks. Despite several hints, breakfast was still not there after waiting an hour. Because the time was then too short, we had to do without it. Unfortunately, that doesn't work.

Have been going there for breakfast for a long time. Unfortunately the card and the quality has changed a lot for the worse. No high-quality products, two hours of waiting (despite reservation) and you had to point out several times that everything had arrived. The service was still very polite.

We were here for breakfast today. Ordered at 9:45 a.m. and had breakfast on the table at around 11 a.m. That doesn't work at all. In addition, the kitchen should be able to prepare orders from 2 people so that the food for both comes complete and at the same time. The quality of the food was also average. One star can be given for the extremely friendly service, who apologized several times and donated two coffees as compensation. But unfortunately absolutely not to be recommended.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to wait 1.5 hours for breakfast. In addition, the quality has unfortunately slipped to the lowest level compared to the previous owner. The one star is only for the service employee. We will definitely not come any more.

Cosy place by riverside

Unfortunately, food is not as exquisite as the menu suggests. Price is also not reflected in the quality of service or exceptional location. A location on the Inn is something special at most for tourists. After learning more about the operator of the restaurant and how he thinks about his customers, I don't want to increase his profits any further.

Beautiful place, very professional and kind staff, fantastic food. Absolutely to go!

Nice eatery, spontaneously Saturday at 18 o'clock without reservation, 2 people, wanted to eat a table, until 19.30 o'clock get one. Order and receipt of drinks and food timed, so we were still comfortable until just after 19 clock finished. Price / quality for the quality of the goods appropriate. We liked it 😁

Very slow service!

Excellent restaurant serving a variety of fare with great staff and great service. They have inside and outside seating. Just be aware of their hours and whether or not they have private parties so you are not disappointed. Would definitely return for more the next time my wife and I are in Passau.

Always delicious and recommended. Friendly service and very nice view of the Inn. Also the lunch menu is worth it, fair price and good quality.

For me, the Innsteg is the address in Passau, if you want to go breakfast. There is plenty of choice in different combinations and also on the menu there is something for everyone on the menu. It is modern and yet comfortable. The best thing is of course the view, which is best enjoyed with warm temperatures on the terrace. The service was always very friendly and you feel welcome. I can only recommend the Innsteg!

We had a perfect meal here. I had called in advance and said that we would celebrate our anniversary then we were prepared a very nice table overlooking the Inn with tablecloth, etc. The food was just a dream unbelievably delicious no matter what came on the table for that I can give you a clear five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There was also a wonderful wine you can look for on the well-stocked wine list. The service was very nice and accommodating. A great restaurant that you can always recommend

I ate there once, it was reasonnably priced, tasted good and the view was nice.

Delicious food, great service, stunning views. The yummy jams are all home-made, as is their bread. The waitress was genuinely friendly and cheerful. Don't be put off by the entrance which looks like a cocktail bar. Also important: The toilets are new and very clean. Top marks!
